Refund Policy

Ksolves shall be completely responsible for the scope of Products developed by our team. To ensure Customers satisfaction and to address potential cancellation, reversal, or dispute, we have established this comprehensive refund policy (“Refund Policy”).

As a leading customer-centric company, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our Services or Products, you may request a refund within 90 Days from the day of purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions.

When refund can be initiated:

  1. If the Product or module is not functioning on the Customer’s website, the Ksolves service team will require access details of the site. The Ksolves team will access the Customer's machine in the Customer's environment to check errors/bugs and provide the resolution. Refund requests will only be considered if Ksolves determines that a resolution is not feasible despite diligent efforts to resolve the issues.
  2. Customers are required to review the demo version of the Product before purchase. Refunds shall only be issued if the reviewed demo version and installed version are different.

Exchange:

Ksolves grants liberty to the Customer by providing an exchange facility. If the Customer is not satisfied with a Product, they may exchange the existing Product for a different version of the Product within thirty (30) days of purchase. Any difference in price shall be refunded by Ksolves or additionally paid by the Customer as applicable.

When refund can be initiated:

Products that have been customized or altered by the Customer or by any third party at the Customer's direction are not eligible for refunds. Ksolves shall not be liable for any defects, malfunctions, or other issues arising from such customizations or alterations, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for such Products. By purchasing and subsequently customizing or altering the Product, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this non-refundability condition.

Refund Request and Timelines:

Refund requests must be submitted to odoo.helpdesk@ksolves.in. Upon submission and acknowledgment of your request, please allow Ksolves service team up to 7-10 business days to process and respond to your request. The response time may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request. Ksolves will make reasonable efforts to expedite the process and ensure a timely resolution.

Please read and ensure you fully understand our Refund Policy before making a payment. Ksolves reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically. Your continued use of Ksolves Applications following any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

* Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business working days after the refund request has been discussed and accepted for the refund to be posted to the designated bank account. Ksolves shall not be responsible or liable for delays due to bank services, network connectivity, or other external factors beyond its control.
