Customization Policy

At Ksolves, we believe in going according to the client's way. Customization provides a desirable experience in an application that majorly focuses on the Customer’s requirements and ideas. While Odoo provides a fully functional package, but it cannot cater to the specific needs of the Customer that is always considered as “extra”. That extra is our commitment towards our Customers to provide the power-packed app with complete features according to Customer's requirements. At Ksolves, we deliver high-end Customizations so that our Customers can get a complete benefit and achieve their business goals. While extending Odoo's approach, our technical team assists you with all your needs.

What is Customization?

Customization refers to those services by which any additional functionality, feature or modifications are made to any Product provided by Ksolves that are not included in the Base Plan of the Product and are aimed to suit the specific needs of the Customer.

What Can We Offer You?

Customization is any added functionality to any products that are not included in the offered package of the product.

  1. Ksolves will provide Customization services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth under the Work Order. The Work Order will detail the customization subjects, including the associating fees, acceptance criteria, milestones and time limits. Customization services will commence only after receipt of the full payment from the Customer's end.
  2. In the event that testing, and delivery are delayed by 30 days or more for reasons not attributable to Ksolves, the Customer shall be liable to pay the value calculated according to the milestones achieved as outlined in the Work Order.
  3. Ksolves is dedicated towards its Customers and always promise to deliver on or before the agreed upon timelines. However, in event of delays due to any unforeseen circumstances, whether related to human or machine factors or if the delay is attributable to dependencies on the Customer, Ksolves shall not be held liable for any damage, consequential losses arising from such delays.
  4. Once Customization is completed, any further amendments or changes to the scope of the Customization after the execution of the Work Order will be considered as a new request and will require a re-quotation. A written change order to that effect must be mutually agreed between Ksolves and the Customer.
  5. After the delivery of customized Product, if the Customer alters the code by themselves, through any agency or by any other means, Ksolves shall not be liable for any mishap or issues arising from such alterations. For improvisation of failed codes, a fresh contract will be generated.
  6. Ksolves retains all intellectual property rights in the customized Product and all related work resulting from the Customization.
  7. Ksolves does not represent or warrant that the customized Product will achieve any specific results for your business, or that the customized Product will operate error-free or uninterrupted, or that all errors can be identified and corrected. Ksolves will, however, use commercially reasonable efforts to address such issues.

Priority

Ksolves will prioritize service requests based on their urgency and impact. High-priority cases will be addressed with expedited efforts, while lower-priority cases will be handled as per the standard service timeline.

Ksolves reserves the right to amend this Customization Policy at its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
